DBA Orlando is orchestrated by Coach O'Neil Lubin. Coach Lubin was the former Head Men's Basketball coach at Oak Ridge High School in 2016-17 where he acquired both Florida Athletic Coaches Association Class 9A Coach of the Year & the East Metro Conference Coach of the Year Award and led team to 24-5 record.  

"One moment can change it all"

As a student athlete Coach Lubin unique experiences having the opportunity to play for 3 college programs. Freshman year he was the starting point guard for Coach Pete Herrmann at Young Harris College where he helped pioneer the program being a part of the colleges first team. Sophomore year he played for Miami Dade College for Coach Stephen Cowherd & finished his college career playing for Coach Sean Hanrahan at Warner University. Being able to adjust to 3 different systems allowed him to understand the different speeds & the art of the game. 

Coach Lubin graduated from Oak Ridge High School class of 2010, in Orlando Fl.  He holds the city of Orlando and its youth very near and dear to his heart, understanding the environment and circumstances that many of the youth must overcome. Dream Big Athletics is a way for the youth of Orlando to use athletics to better their current situations. Coach Lubin is not only an upstanding individual and great person, but also an awesome mentor to have.
