Individual Player Training
Our Individual workouts are tailored towards the athletes game and specific playing style. Our DBA staff will evaluate the individual athletes game and shape their workout to maximize potential.

Small Group Training
Our small group workouts are very similar to a college style individual workout. We will group the athlete with players that are similar in both position and skill level. The athlete will intentionally be placed with other players that will push them to keep up with the pace of the workout.

High Intensity Team Training
Our high intensity team workouts are built to address the needs of the team. If your team is struggling to knock down shots, we offer an exclusive team shooting workout, that is similar to a collegiate game day shoot-around.
We also offer offensive and defensive team workouts. That include but are not limited too, proper rebounding technique, the art of creating high percentage shots, and the proper footwork needed to consistently make shots. DBA will allow your team to work together while improving their overall skill set and adding more value to your team. |
