DBA Speed & Agilities
A significant element of our development here at DBA, is speed and agility training. This is essential to any great athletes’ development. Our Sports Kinesiologist Terry Tidwell, uses his training background to develop athletes on everything from hip flexibility to proper jumping and landing techniques. Assessing each player on athletic strengths and weakness, Coach Terry is able to develop a program that challenges athletes both physically and mentally.
Programs are designed to develop players’ individual athletic needs, along with challenging them in group settings. Improving change of direction speed, proper injury prevention form, and accelerated footwork are only a few aspects of the game that athletes are drilled on during each speed and agility session at DBA. All exercises and programs are specified to the needs and positions of each athlete, workouts are also modified according to athletic progression of the athlete.
